Margarita:  Ingredients: 2 oz. tequila 1 oz. lime juice 1 oz. triple sec Salt for rim Lime wedge for garnish After swabbing the glass with salt, shake the tequila, lime juice, and triple sec with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.   Old Fashioned: Ingredients: 2 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey 1 tsp. sugar 2 dashes Angostura bitters Orange peel for garnish In a glass, muddle the sugar and bitters together, then add the ice and whisky.
